About The Role

As the Head of Talent Management, your role is to develop impactful and inclusive talent strategies that support the continuous growth of our employees, as well as the dynamic business needs. By demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our business's multi-vertical environment and Bolt’s high-growth, you connect the talent initiatives to business goals.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Own and drive Bolt’s talent agenda; creating a future facing strategy and action plans that helps us to attract, develop and retain the right talent
• Lead the development of Global Programmes and Initiatives in the areas of Employee Listening, D&I, Performance Management and Talent Development, taking into account the needs of the different verticals/functions to drive clear business impact.
• Designing and implementing a company wide talent cycle (including goal setting, feedback, check-in, performance reviews, development plans, growth opportunities) that drives meaningful conversations and development activities on individual level.
• Lead the design of our company wide onboarding and learning activities; leadership development programs; driving and owning global initiatives while consulting and supporting HR Business Partners and Regional HR teams.
• Design and implement in cooperation with HR Business Partners talent development tools to support employee growth and retention, such as competency & skills frameworks, career paths etc.
• Leading a small team of experts that act as a center of expertise on talent management, L&D and D&I, providing insights and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  
  
  

About you:

• 10+ years of experience in HR, strong core in Talent Development/Organizational Development/ D&I.
• Experience in a high growth, fast paced international environment covering multiple countries.
• Project Management experience to support rollout of programs; agile, iterative, and hands-on approach whilst not losing strategic focus.
• Passion for and supporting employees to reach their potential through continuous learning and productive job experiences.
• Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills. Able to communicate messages in a simple but accurate way to all levels in organization. Attention to details.
