We're looking for a new Operations Excellence Manager to tackle Rides Safety domain at a global level.

About The Role

You will be the central owner of Rides Safety and develop the vision and strategy to reduce the number of incidents and improve the perception of Safety on Bolt platform.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Define the Safety domain’s vision and strategic objectives to reach KPI targets as collaborative effort of cross-functional safety team
• Drive the Safety team towards the achievement of strategic objectives, aligning their efforts with the company's goals and vision
• Own, manage and monitor the execution of domain roadmaps to achieve Safety KPIs
• Manage the business reporting of domain performance to management and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, local initiatives and emerging trends in the safety field, incorporating relevant advancements into the domains’ plans
  
  
  

About you:

• Proven experience in a safety management or fraud prevention role, preferable within online service platforms or similar industries
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Concrete, concise and coherent in information sharing
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in emergency situations with strong problem-solving, prioritisation and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to interpret safety data and implement necessary changes. Preferably understanding how Product development works
