We are looking for an Operations Coordinator in Riga to support our car-sharing fleet and daily operations. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing mobility sector and Europe’s transportation unicorn.
Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross basic salary for this role ranges from €15.864 Annual + OTE and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator your main tasks will be administrative, but with some project management tasks as well. You are an independent worker who wants to develop in their role.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Performing administrative fleet-related tasks.
- Managing fuel fraud cases.
- Managing fines (parking, traffic violations), and penalties (users breaching T&Cs), including communication with customers - informing them about fines/penalties.
- Managing user-reported vehicle damages and feedback from the application.
- Managing user speed traffic and parking violations with external partners i.e. CS, the police and the municipal police.
- Helping external partners (the police, insurance companies, etc) to investigate accident and fraud cases.
- Handling fuel compensations.
- Handling communication with external parties i.e. the police, the municipal police, and city councils.
- Extra responsibilities will be shown in our processes sheet.
- You have a data-driven mindset.
- You are excellent in communication in English and Latvian.
- You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
- You are energetic and a problem solver.
- You take responsibility for your work but be able to delegate tasks.
- You have a data-driven mindset.
- You are a team player who is conscious about his/her methods of communication and both his/her own and the team’s performance.
- You are passionate about cars and new technologies.
- You have prior work experience in a dynamic environment.
- You have good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
