We are looking for a rockstar Category Coordinator to join the Bolt Market team on our journey to build our grocery vertical, dark stores all over the country and work both with local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.

About The Role

As Category Coordinator, you will be one of the key members at out Bolt Market local team and you will be responsible for our product catalog in the app and making sure we always look good for our users.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Own our product catalogs. Promotions, categories, product organisation, and more will be your lever to drive user satisfaction.
• Support our category management team. You will be working with the Category Management team helping out with inventory, menus, catalogs, and more.
• Ensure our Warehouse management system inventories are up to date. Our WMS would be your close ally, and you’ll be responsible for making sure that it is updated with our latest assortment.
  
  
  

About you:

• Recent graduates or students of Business Administration, Operations or related fields are preferred.
• Previous relevant experience or internships in operations, supply chain/warehouse management, business development, retail or related industry are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication & written skills in English and Estonian.
• You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems.
• Be an owner and proactively find solutions to problems.
• You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well.
• You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
