We are looking for a sharp, highly-organised Operations Coordinator to support our France ride-hailing operations in Bordeaux, France.

About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator you will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Responding to Fleets’ questions fast, clear, and always emphasising the current benefits of Bolt. Making sure not only responding to Fleets’ inquiries but also positively influencing their behaviour with Bolt.
• Guaranteeing speed and local relevance of our response.
• Collecting feedback on missing features and offers, always staying updated on Bolt’s new features, and explaining their benefit for Fleets well.
• Measuring effectiveness of activations using different KPIs.
• Ensuring supply by doing some surveys by calls or digital surveys.
• Managing operations reports on a daily basis.
• Following up to growth operations by doing some analytical exercise.
• Managing the Bolt car branding program.

• You have an experience in prospection.
• You are able to travel for work events once week
• You are a go-getter.
• You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems.
• You are native in French and have excellent written skills.
• You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress like James Bond.
