We are looking for a passionate Product Manager who will take care of the employee experience via internal tooling for all Bolt’s employees (Including finance, product, operations, marketing and a whole lot more)
You’ll be owning the entire roadmap for our employee experience – all the tools we build, support and maintain ourselves as well as the integrations with any external services & solutions we use. You will be leading a strong cross-functional team of Analysts, Designers and Engineers.
The main responsibility you will have is to streamline workflow and processes for all of our teams via innovative products that outcompete industry’s giants (e.g. Confluence, Looker, Google Sheets, Asana, Notion etc ) on cost, quality and efficiency. If done right, you’ll save the company and its employees a lot of time and effort in their day to day work (from quarterly planning to help planning budgets and resourcing).
Given the company-wide nature of the role, you will have a rare opportunity to deliver value for all different verticals in Bolt: you’ll need to deeply understand their business goals, workflows, end goals and adapt your solutions for their use-cases, while maintaining efficiency and quality.

- Leading the vision and strategy, development and launch of everything related to internal tooling
- Defining and execute the short and long-term vision, and maintain the roadmap for your product group
- Managing your team of designers, analysts and product operations to make sure right things are being prioritised and delivered on time
- Carrying the customer experience for your products
- Contributing to overall company growth strategy by partnering across other teams to clearly communicate vision, plans and insights to a spectrum of audience and decision-makers across Bolt.
- Being a point of reference for internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the tooling sector
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- You are motivated by tackling new challenges head-on and get energy from solving them and driving true product impact
- Excellent English, both verbal and written
