About The Role
As the Strategy & Planning Execution Lead, you will be the main Program & Knowledge Manager for all cross-vertical & cross-functional initiatives at Bolt. You will play a critical role in leading planning and execution of cross-company strategic projects within our organization i.e. this role is the seed for the central PMO function. Working within the Strategy team, your stakeholders will include the company's top management, senior vertical and functional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional project & knowledge management expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across different teams to achieve project objectives.

About The Role

Your daily adventures will include:
- Project planning and execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-company strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to gather requirements, gain buy-in, and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project scope and objectives: Define clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria, aligning them with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
- Resource allocation: Identify and allocate the necessary resources, including human resources, budget, and technology, required for the successful execution of projects.
- Risk management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
- Knowledge management: Develop and implement knowledge management processes to capture and disseminate project insights, lessons learned, and best practices across the organization.
- Change management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop change management strategies for organizational initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Process improvement: Continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, timelines, status reports, and project-related communications.
- Team leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project management culture.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and knowledge management in high-pace environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects; experience in management consulting is a plus.
- Strong project & knowledge management expertise, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
- Excellent problem solving, leadership and team management skills, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional project teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and effective solutions to project challenges.
- Knowledge management expertise, with the ability to capture, organize, and share project-related insights and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of how projects contribute to organizational objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
