We are looking for an Operations Coordinator in Berlin to support our car-sharing fleet and daily operations. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing mobility sector and Europe’s transportation unicorn.

About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator your main tasks will be administrative, but with some project management tasks as well. You are an independent worker who wants to develop in their role.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Coordinate - Coordinate Bolt Drive operations in Berlin.
  • Delegate tasks - you will delegate tasks appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field as well as external suppliers (washing, vehicle relocation).
  • Track task progress and completion - you will ensure you have a clear overview of the status of the tasks each of our Vehicle Specialists are performing.
  • Create and optimize processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run carsharing operations.
  • Collaborate - you will work with different stakeholders and partners to ensure our operation is running smoothly.


About you:

  • You have a data-driven mindset.
  • You are excellent in communication in English and German.
  • You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
  • You are energetic and a problem solver.
  • You take responsibility for your work but be able to delegate tasks.
  • You have a data-driven mindset.
  • You are a team player who is conscious about his/her methods of communication and both his/her own and the team’s performance.
  • You are passionate about cars and new technologies.
  • You have prior work experience in a dynamic environment.
  • You have good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
