We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to work collaboratively with our Operations team on specific short-term and long-term projects.

You will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Operations Manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that projects move forward on time and on budget. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.

About The Role
You will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Operations Manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that projects move forward on time and on budget. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Supporting all Bolt's business operations in Azerbaijan.
- Creating and optimising processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and team to maximize productivity
- Tracking progress of on-going action items, flagging likely challenges and conflicts.
- Offering support by checking up on delivery of initiatives, projects and changes.
- Report updates verbally and in written form to management
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with other departments - Operations, Marketing and Customer Support
- Analysing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.
- 1-3 years of experience in a project management/analytical position.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and Azerbaijani.
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Able to proactively address potential issues
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
