We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Customer Support team, who will play a vital role in actively reducing customer friction across our products in Sweden. This is a lead working with partner drivers and business stakeholders to deliver great experiences.

About The Role

As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will manage the performance of the team, while ensuring that customer support KPIs and targets are met. You will aslo manage to ensure a positive customer experience and make it easy for all Bolt users regardless of their location.

  • (.*)","$1 $2") ">Your team of specialists is your primary accountability - ensuring they are engaged and capable. This means great hiring, onboarding, coaching, and support using our internal leadership principles as your guide.
  • (.*)","$1 $2") ">Market health - this means tracking your forecast accuracy, arrival patterns, and schedules and adjusting to ensure we are managing customer demand. You will own your market KPIs, including response and resolution times, customer satisfaction, or contact rates.
  • Engagement - look after your well-being by prioritizing effectively, sometimes stopping, delegating, or moving tasks into your backlog.
  • (.*)","$1 $2") ">Stakeholder engagement - build meaningful relationships and communication flow with all your stakeholders within and outside of our department in order to maintain a culture of collaboration.

About you:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a customer service management or general management role
  • You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in Swedish and English
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • You believe in the Bolt mission and know how to inspire a team to dream big, align on a common vision, and draw a clear path to get there
