We are looking for a rockstar talent to join the Bolt Food Cyprus team to help us build and grow our merchants database in the market focusing primarily on inbound leads.

About The Role

The Inbound Sales Coordinator will build and grow our merchants database in the market focusing primarily on inbound leads. You’ll be responsible for the whole sales funnel - leads processing, calling, planning meetings and closing - bringing providers to the platform and transitioning them to Merchant Operations while securing the perfect onboarding experience up until activation.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Manage incoming restaurant applications and conduct a thorough evaluation to ensure they meet our quality criteria and align with our brand standards.
  • Engage in negotiations with restaurant owners and decision-makers to secure partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Oversee the contract signing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with restaurant partners to collect and update menu information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our platform.
  • Collaborate with the Merchant Operations team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new restaurant partners.
  • Be the first contact of new merchants, supporting them in the onboarding experience and all operational and administrative issues that it entails.
  • Solve daily commercial or operational issues.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales and call targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on the CRM related to restaurant acquisition activities, including conversion rates, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

  • Organized and Methodical, able to manage a fast paced pipeline
  • A hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Excellent spoken and written Portuguese & English
  • You're passionate about new technologies and sales
  • Experience in sales or customer service is considered as an advantage
