The Program Manager will report Division Director and shall provide technical, managerial, and administrative resources necessary to execute and successfully fulfill the SEME contract requirements, including any approved work to support additional contract requirements beyond the initial scope of work. The PMO shall document, control, and manage all Government furnished equipment (GFE), Government furnished property (GFP), and Contractor acquired property (CAP) as appropriate. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall and contract budget measurement, resource management, cost monitoring and control, and contract compliance. SOCOM Enterprise Information Services sponsors multiple efforts that have short and highly constrained deployment schedules. To satisfy these schedules, frequent interaction between Contract Team technical personnel and Government personnel is required.

You'd like to do this:

• The Program Manager will be responsible for overall and contract budget measurement, resource management, cost monitoring and control, and contract compliance.
• Keep track of SOCOM Enterprise Information Services to maintain constrained deployment schedules.
• Frequent interaction between Contract Team technical personnel and Government personnel is required to maintain schedules.

You’re required to have this:

• PMP certification.
• Program management experience within the SOCOM enterprise.
• Strong technical experience with cloud computing environments especially with Azure.
• AWS and Databricks a plus.
• Mobile Device and BYOD management in cloud computing environments.
• Zero-Trust architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of TAK and integration tools into TAK environments.
• Strong technical experience with software development environments.
• Deep technical experience with data analysis and associated tools like Elasticsearch.
• Deep technical experience with Adtech data,
• Digital Force Protection experience.
• Experience providing tactical and technical training to SOCOM forces.
• Experience in curriculum development.
• Technical experience with database management.
• Experience with data and software tools:
  • Kibana
  • Github
  • Python
  • Spark

Salary Range: $170,000 - $210,000
