We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

This individual will use their technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality to join our team and positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required.

You will work directly with the Advanced Upper Stage team to develop Thrust Vector Control and Mechanical Separation System deployments. You will play a key role in new product development that will enable delivery of high energy missions that will support the most important national security missions and NASA exploration missions.

As part of a growing, hardworking, and curious team of design engineers, you’ll be deployed to programs that craft the future of Blue Origin. Your skill in the design and analysis of spacecraft mechanisms as well as your ability to deliver safe, reliable, ready to install hardware that meets requirements, while doing so within the allocated cost and schedule requirements, will lead to an exciting career with Blue Origin.
