The Relocation Associate facilitates the relocation process and performs administrative duties pertaining to relocation. This position assists the employee and their family on relocation and moves. Responsible for minimizing time and costs associated with moves but maximizing the positive relocation experience for the employee.

  • Guide new and transferring employees through the relocation process.
  • Onboard all employees within the Graebel Relocation system- Global Connect.
  • STA and BDT set ups
  • Assist with tracking and communication around Delayed Starts.
  • Primary contact point for relocating employees; answer questions and resolve issues; high level customer service.
  • Escalate issues to relocation management.
  • Manage employee files and documentation.
  • Plays a key role in managing temporary housing for new hires, relocating employees, and interns.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed related to relocation and temporary housing.

Education (required & desired), years of experience, & licensing or certifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 3-5 years of relocation experience both Domestic and International
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Expert level knowledge of relocation programs and activities.
  • Able to quickly learn and use information systems (e.g., relocation database, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mentality - readily adept at identifying and solving problems at the source.

Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $26.54-$36.10

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
