This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Microsoft Office, power point, excel, word and outlook
- Communication Skillsets
- Enter invoices
- Work with Procurement
- Work with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues
- AP ticketing
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with various other payables functions as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school Diploma
- Accurate Ten key and typing
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of payables impact to the GL and financial statements
- High attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Able to work independently and also collaborate effectively with various internal levels and departments
- Comfortable with a fast paced and often ambiguous work environment
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years payables processing experience to include enterprise level, high volume payables
- Associates degree in accounting, finance, or similar field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Exostar, Costpoint, Cognos, and Coupa
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $20.25-$28.35
Other site ranges may differ
