As part of a hardworking team of finance professionals, this is a finance business partner role supporting the BE-4 engines program. We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent financial acumen and attention to detail who can thrive and support our mission in a fast-paced environment. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of planning, implementation and leading all financial commitments and telling the programmatic story behind the numbers. This role will report into the program finance business manager, and you will be a strategic partner with the program leadership team, driving successful financial performance to achieve annual financial targets, providing monthly variance analysis to understand deviations from plan, and provide reporting and supporting cost reduction initiatives. Working with program and finance leads, you will ensure that actionable insights can be drawn from financial data to help deliver value creation to the business unit and enterprise leaders.

Availability for on-site work in Kent, WA required, and relocation is provided!
The level is flexible depending on candidate qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other highly analytical field
- 2+ years of financial and business analysis experience
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of financial documents and performance measurements
- Experience helping business leaders meet financial targets and deliver results
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel Power Query, Power Pivot
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint
- Experience with Planful or similar tool
- Experience with Costpoint or similar tool
- Advanced level skills in SQL querying and data mining
- Experience working in a Research & Development or Manufacturing environment.

Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $79,830-$117,084

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays for all regular employees (including part-time), fixed-term, and interns.
