QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree on Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering,
- Minimum 4 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment,
- Knowledge of Autonom, Preventive, RTF, Predictive Maintenance,
- Good knowledge of PLC programming (S7 Siemens, Simatic Manager and TIA Portal), WinCC Flexible and Scada systems, and MS Office
- Knowledge of reading electrical project drawings and Autocad,
- Experience in automation,
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Strong communication, team-work and cooperation skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading improvement projects, monitoring and reporting the electricity and other energy consumption parameters of the plant,
- Managing the team of electrical technicians,
- Leading implementation of systems, procedures and guidelines,
- Being responsible for following the requirements of quality standards of all activities,
- Supporting implementation of 6 Sigma and BRC standarts in work area,
- Coordinating development activities of team by following the competency / multi-function matrix for the team,
- Demonstrate leadership in the area of EHS and ensure all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate EHS standards.
