Position Overview:

As the Senior Financial and Planning & Analysis Analyst, you’re a key member of the FP&A team and play a key role in shaping how we drive profitable growth across the EMEA region. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll support our strategic financial planning through complex financial modelling, data-driven insights, and continuous process improvements that empower our commercial and pricing teams to make informed decisions. The role is focused on supporting with driving forward our profitability data, methodology and process architecture so that we can empower our Commercial & Pricing teams with timely & insightful information to profitably grow the business.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic and profitability analysis
  • Managing profitability data, methodologies, and process architecture to improve the accuracy and timeliness of reporting
  • Local currency profitability modelling
  • Integration of AIC (Average Invested Capital) into NOPAT (Net Operating Profit After Tax) models
  • Delivery of EVA (Economic Value Added) reporting at regional and customer levels
  • Transitioning profitability reporting cadence from quarterly to monthly
  • Preparing quarterly profitability output with commentary, visualizations, and insights to explain both “what” and “why” performance results occur
  • Collaborating closely with the wider FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to ensure strategic alignment and actionable insights
  • Continuously enhancing systems, processes, and analytical approaches to elevate decision-making quality

What We’re Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • Progress toward a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, profitability analysis, or FP&A
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and Power Query)
  • Proven experience in structuring, integrating, and analyzing large and complex data sets
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Curiosity to understand financial drivers and translate data into meaningful insights
  • Independent problem-solver with a collaborative approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence across teams
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
