Primary Purpose of the Position:
Support the deployment of business and strategy, development and implementation in the region. Conceptualize and implement effective data solutions that enhance business outcomes. Working cross-functionally, leverage data-driven insights to influence key strategic business decisions. Drive new initiatives that will help Ball achieve its growth ambitions in the marketplace.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Drive/participate in/lead Play to Win process for the region and key strategy development processes and meetings.
- Develop and drive alignment on key strategic initiatives and business cases needed to win by leveraging strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Participates in implementing the region's strategic plan process and generating content for strategic business plans, including supporting the business case process for innovation, investment, prioritization, etc.
- Support cross-functionally within the region to support opportunities to improve contribution margin, profit, share of wallet and other key success measures with customers.
- Lead the risk strategy in collaboration with other key stakeholderfunctions and lead/facilitate critical prioritized projects.
- Act as integrator of regional business & commercial strategies and key account strategies.
- Lead development of internal presentation materials for recurring and ad-hoc business reporting that tell strategic stories grounded in data, facts, including KPIs.
- Communicate regional priorities throughout the org. to create internal alignment.
- Generate presentations, reports and dashboards that visually displays data in a way that makes insights from complex data understandable and useable for the audience.
- Lead the development and implementation of consistent and repeatable data processes, using business analysis on a variety of strategic topics and questions.
Main Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field
- Advanced or Fluent Level of English - mandatory
- Spanish would be a plus, but not required
- Experience doing strategic development for growth around commercial opportunities and prioritization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ideally along with knowledge of data visualization tools.
