Primary Purpose of this Position:

Control and optimize spare part stock in collaboration with NCA production plants and central purchasing department. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, formulate action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you be responsible for?

• Control and promote the reduction and optimization of spare parts which are used in all plants across NCA.

• Develop, implement, and periodically monitor KPIs related to spare part targets

• Working with Storeroom leaders, Finance Managers, Engineering Managers and the Wellness Center Leaders to make sure plants have the correct amount of spare parts available

• Reducing Storeroom value across NCA and driving the model store room initiatives

• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and suppliers to implement and improve best practice initiatives

• Setting up a process to review and eliminate slow moving and obsolete parts at the all levels

• Support the creation of projects by defining budgets and necessary planning to optimize results.

• Monitor closely the evolution of results and trends, anticipating actions through analysis of indicators and strategic meetings with plants.

• Actively promote a culture of safety, environment, health, quality, and the 5 S's in the workplace, encouraging adherence to standards and practices of excellence.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process optimization & spare part management

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management

• Analytical: Experience in industrial process analysis with a systemic approach and knowledge of continuous improvement tools. Technical analysis skills to evaluate and optimize spare part potentials across production stages.

• Impact: Self-Motivated with a desire to make an impact

• Leadership: Management style heavily orientated to training and coaching

• Computer Skills: Good computer skills – ability to manage via computerized data

• Knowledge of: project management and cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering - preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hiring Salary Range: $82,300 - 133,500 USD *. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. *

This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan, with a EVAIC Target of 12.5%. If this role is offered/hired in another country, local market data will be used.
