The ISO Coordinator is responsible for the preparing & maintaining of quality documentation (such as ISO) as well as supporting process compliance in the Ball plants in Ejpovice and Pilsen.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Coordinating/supporting functional process audit and assessments
- Supporting process compliance
- Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Preparing and maintaining quality documentation.
Position Requirement & competencies:
Professional & Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Certification course in TQM or QMS.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality coordination in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in ISO coordination & carrying out of quality audits
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and presentation)
- Analytical skills and ability to drive outcomes.
- Fluency in written and spoken Czech and English.
- Able to work independently within the parameters set by management.
- Able to organize, plan, and prioritize.
- Able to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
- Able to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations.
