We are seeking a highly skilled Data Intelligence Analyst, ETL & Reporting, to join our team and contribute to our data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data models, performing data cleaning and transformation, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and establish robust data models and program database mapping systems to perform data verification, cleansing, and enhancement.
Develop and enhance databases using SQL programming and Python, ensuring optimized performance and scalability.
Utilize tools like Alteryx, MS Excel macros, or similar platforms to create advanced data analytics, statistical reports, and dashboards for management presentations.
Generate actionable business insights by visualizing data using tools like Power BI, creating clear narratives through reporting patterns, trends, anomalies, and other key indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate data remediation activities and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders effectively.
Support and manage data migration and integration initiatives between various enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.
Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in data management within an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in Excel, with experience in Macros and VBA considered a plus.
Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries across various data sources.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx or similar data analytics software.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices is preferred.
Proven ability to design and manage data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.
Requirements
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
