Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate reporting to the Senior Business Operations Manager to keep the organization running smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical in supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term company growth. The ideal candidate is exceptionally responsive, executes quickly and precisely, and thrives under pressure. No task is too big or too small.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting day-to-day business operations to help the team work efficiently with the tools, resources, and support they need.
- Support office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and workspace logistics.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and help respond to routine questions related to benefits and HR processes.
- Provide support on operations-related questions and help escalate or resolve issues as needed.
- Support purchasing, vendor coordination, shipping and receiving, and asset tracking.
- Assist with project management across internal initiatives, helping teams stay organized and maintain schedules.
- Support marketing initiatives, including coordinating events, preparing materials, and working with vendors.
- Assist with planning and logistics for company events, team-building activities, and culture initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic projects such as researching potential future test sites and supporting office expansion efforts.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to adapt quickly as priorities evolve in a fast-paced startup environment
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role.
- Highly responsive and able to execute quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm under pressure; you can triage and move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise.
- Thrives in a dynamic, startup environment where processes evolve as we grow.
ITAR Requirements
