  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve complex electric motor engineering challenges and contribute to critical decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in electromagnetic engineering with a focus on Electric motor/generator design and development, with a demonstrated track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in a 2D/3D electromagnetic simulation software (e.g., COMSOL, JMag, ANSYS Maxwell, Altair Flux).
  • Thorough understanding of electric motor theory, design principles, modeling techniques, and analysis.
  • Good understanding of motor control theory and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with single and multi-objective optimization techniques.
