About the Role
We are seeking an RF-first engineer to design, prototype, and validate advanced sensing hardware. This role emphasizes hands-on execution across phased array subsystems, signal chain integration, and experimental iteration.
You will operate across hardware bring-up, measurement, debugging, and field validation, contributing directly to system performance and reliability.
What You'll Do
—Design and integrate RF subsystems and phased array architectures.
—Support array element characterization, calibration, and beam steering validation.
—Drive lab bring-up, debugging, and experimental validation workflows.
—Contribute to system-level trade studies and performance optimization.
—Collaborate with DSP and Software teams to ensure integrated system performance.
Qualifications
—PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
—Deep experience in RF systems, hardware development, or multi-element sensing systems.
—Hands-on experience with phased array antenna integration or testing.
—Strong experimental and debugging skills using lab instrumentation.
—Experience with EM simulation tools (HFSS, CST, or similar) is a plus.
—Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
Compensation
—Base Salary: $210,000 – $280,000
—Equity: Meaningful early-stage ownership grant
