As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspection and verification activities to ensure that products, components, and processes conform to applicable drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

You will conduct inspections throughout the manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases to contribute to product reliability and mission success.

As part of the project QA team, you will support the delivery of high reliability and high quality of spacecraft through the following activities:

  • Perform incoming inspections for procured and outsourced items, verifying conformance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing and assembly, ensuring compliance with work instructions and inspection standards
  • Perform final inspections prior to shipment to confirm conformity with acceptance criteria and ensure full traceability
  • Lead the identification, recording, and initial response to nonconformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities with relevant departments
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records, data logs, and reports
  • Check and confirm the calibration status of measurement and test equipment to ensure proper control
  • Participate in supplier inspections or audits as necessary
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of inspection procedures based on a JIS Q 9100–compliant QMS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product inspection or quality inspection in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge of inspection methods and measurement tools for mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical components
  • Ability to accurately interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection standards
  • Practical experience using measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, multimeters, etc.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in inspection and documentation
  • Basic PC skills for creating inspection records and reports
  • Basic ability to read and write technical English

<職務内容/役割・責任>

品質管理検査員として、製品・部品・工程が適用される図面、仕様書および品質要求に適合していることを確認するための検査および検証業務を担当する。

製造・組立・試験の各段階において検査を実施し、製品の信頼性とミッション成功の確保に貢献する。プロジェクトQAとしてプロジェクトに参画し、以下の活動を通じて宇宙機の高信頼性・高品質を実現する。

  • 購入品・外注品の受入検査を実施し、図面・仕様・品質要求への適合性を確認する
  • 製造・組立工程における工程内検査を実施し、手順書および検査基準の遵守を確認する
  • 出荷前の最終検査を実施し、受入基準への適合性とトレーサビリティの確保を行う
  • 不適合の識別・記録・初期対応をリードし、是正・予防処置(CAPA)の実施を関連部門と調整する
  • 検査記録、データログ、報告書を正確に作成・管理する
  • 測定・試験機器の校正状況を確認し、適切に管理されていることをチェックする
  • 必要に応じてサプライヤ検査や監査に参加する
  • JIS Q 9100準拠のQMSに基づき、検査手順の標準化および継続的改善に貢献する

<必須条件>

  • 航空宇宙・自動車・精密製造業などにおける製品検査または品質検査の実務経験(3年以上)
  • 機械・電気・電気機械系の検査方法および測定機器の知識
  • 図面・仕様書・検査基準を正確に読み取る能力
  • マイクロメータ、ノギス、トルクレンチ、テスタ等の測定機器の使用経験
  • 丁寧で正確性の高い検査・記録作成ができること
  • 基本的なPC操作スキル(検査記録、報告書作成)
  • 基礎的な技術英語の読み書き能力(TOEIC 500点以上を目安)
