What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams in partnership with Recruiting
- Partner with recruiters and other teams to ensure interviews, on-sites, and candidate communications run smoothly
- Guide candidates through the on-site interview process, setting clear expectations and supporting a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interview logistics, including on-site details and candidate travel when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across People Operations and recruiting systems (Pinpoint, BambooHR)
- Assist with applicant tracking system and HRIS administration, including role closeouts, follow-ups, and candidate communications
- Own workflows tied to hiring, onboarding coordination, and early-stage employee setup
- Help identify opportunities to improve people operations nd recruiting processes
- Support intern interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and people operations touchpoints as needed
What’s Prepared You:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, People Operations, HR operations, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with calendars, scheduling tools, and basic reporting
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a changing environment
- Experience supporting high-volume interview scheduling
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and people operations tools
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong judgment when balancing speed, accuracy, and candidate experience
