Job Details
- Own the commercial strategy and revenue growth for the dry-type transformer product line, including pipeline development and forecasting
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans targeting OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and industrial end users
- Build and manage a national network of manufacturer reps and channel partners, driving performance and market expansion
- Act as the technical sales lead—supporting customer engagements, interpreting specifications, and aligning solutions with application requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership to support quoting strategy, product positioning, and market intelligence
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of technical sales experience within transformers, switchgear, or power distribution equipment
- Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, transformer specifications, and engineered-to-order products
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing customer/channel relationships in a competitive market
