What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading sales across Eastern Germany, managing both new business and existing clients
  • Developing tailored energy solutions based on customer needs, including financial modelling
  • Driving deals end-to-end, from first conversation to signed contract
  • Expanding relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and partners
  • Representing the business at industry events and supporting new product introductions

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in selling technical or energy-related solutions (power gen)
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of energy markets and project economics
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel across Germany
