Technical Sales Manager – Power Generation | Berlin

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading sales across Eastern Germany, managing both new business and existing clients
- Developing tailored energy solutions based on customer needs, including financial modelling
- Driving deals end-to-end, from first conversation to signed contract
- Expanding relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and partners
- Representing the business at industry events and supporting new product introductions
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in selling technical or energy-related solutions (power gen)
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Understanding of energy markets and project economics
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel across Germany
