Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional and legal operations experience. This role will support our legal department in managing contracts, corporate governance, and other legal documentation critical to our operations across all our teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and corporate filings
  • Support legal operations, including document management, compliance tracking, and process improvement
  • Support contract tracking, reporting and renewal management without our contract management system
  • Manage and maintain a process for obtaining contract approvals and signatures
  • Support legal to create documents and submit filings for entity formation, governance and maintenance for company entities globally
  • Assist with transactional matters, including due diligence and closing documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to ensure timely and accurate legal support
  • Maintain and organize legal files and databases
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
  • Support corporate governance activities, including board resolutions and meeting minutes

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • Paralegal certification preferred

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment, with a focus on transactional and legal operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance processes
  • Experience with documentation and maintenance of corporate entity filings
  • Experience with legal operations workflows, processes and optimization and technology implementation

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all documentation and project deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Technology Stack

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Ironclad)
  • Contract lifecycle management tools
  • Legal research platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or legal proceedings
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, in response to business needs.
