Executive Business Partner

Array Labs

Array Labs

Administration
Palo Alto, CA, USA
USD 150k-190k / year + Equity
Posted on Nov 8, 2025
At Array Labs, we are building the world’s most advanced radar imaging satellites to produce an accurate, continuously updated 3D map of the Earth — giving governments and commercial organizations critical insight into the physical world.
The Executive Business Partner contributes to the rhythm of the company by supporting the CEO and leadership team with organized information, clear communication, and steady coordination across evolving priorities. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced environment, acting as a trusted communications and operations partner to the CEO, and naturally bringing order and clarity to complex workflows. The Executive Business Partner will report directly to the CEO and work in close partnership with the future Chief of Staff as that role is established.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an extension of the CEO’s through written material, preparing summaries and drafting emails and messages that reflect appropriate tone, priorities, and intent, and making sure the right context reaches the right people at the right time
  • Help manage the CEO’s time in accordance with company priorities, protecting focus time and decluttering low-impact engagements
  • Act as a trusted partner to our CEO and executive team, helping them stay focused on the highest-priority commitments by organizing information, surfacing what matters, and making sure follow-ups happen
  • Build and manage our "executive operating system"—the cadence and rhythm of the business, including meeting agendas, action item tracking, and follow-ups (in partnership with the CEO and future Chief of Staff on the content and priorities)
  • Plan and execute high-stakes meetings, including board meetings, investor check-ins, leadership offsites, and company all-hands
  • Support travel planning, major events, and external engagements to ensure seamless execution and strong representation of the company
  • Develop lightweight systems and processes that improve organization, visibility, and clarity for the CEO and leadership team
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and, in the future, the Chief of Staff—partnering on priorities and communication while continuing to report directly to the CEO and owning the day-to-day mechanics of inbox, calendar, and meeting cadence

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable serving as the trusted partner to the CEO, in email and Slack, drafting key messages and documents with an understanding of when to move quickly vs. when to pause and review
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion and sound judgment
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraints, while maintaining high levels of personal accountability
  • Learns new concepts rapidly, completely, and in a self-directed manner; collaborates effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Mastery of modern productivity and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments, ideally within high-growth, venture-backed startups or similarly dynamic organizations
  • Proven ability to be proactive, predictive, and “one step ahead” of executive needs
  • Experience planning and executing board meetings and company-wide events
  • Experience working with a mix of investors, board members, and strategic or government/defense partners
  • Comfort operating in a deeply technical environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, or other complex engineering domains)
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner supporting C-level executives (including significant inbox and calendar ownership)

ITAR Requirements

  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

We’re solving one of the hardest sensing problems in the world—from space. Our team is mission-driven, highly technical, and deeply collaborative. As Executive Business Partner, you’ll be at the center of this effort: working closely with the CEO and leadership team, shaping how information flows, and building the systems that keep the company focused on what matters most. If you’re excited to support a deep-tech company as it scales from early stage to industry-defining, we’d love to hear from you.
