ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Endpoint Security Engineer to join our IT team and take charge of our internal mobile device management rollout, ensuring the security and connectivity of all endpoints used for internal test and evaluation purposes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement a robust mobile device management infrastructure using available industry solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and security of organizational mobile device endpoints.
- Develop and maintain secure connectivity for systems deployed for internal testing and evaluation.
- Streamline device enrollment and management procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new devices and users.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to continuously improve network and security architecture.
- Create automation scripts and leverage technology solutions to enhance the efficiency of IT processes.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends in mobile device security and management.
- Provide training and support to test engineers and other end-users on MDM policies and practices.
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams to respond to and remediate security incidents and vulnerabilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience managing and deploying IT systems and mobile devices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of network engineering and experience with Docker or similar containerization platforms.
- Proven experience with mobile device management and endpoint security software.
- Ability to automate IT processes and experience with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or GoLang.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with chat applications (e.g., Matrix) and standard military applications like TAK server, TRAX.
- Experience building networks and supporting infrastructure in AWS or Azure.
- Experience with VPN applications like OpenVPN, Wireguard, or IPsec either natively or as part of an enterprise product.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
