The Lattice Platform Services group is dedicated to building a comprehensive, integrated platform that enables efficient data management, task orchestration, and system-wide interoperability. We develop robust data models, object storage solutions, and SDKs to ensure seamless information flow and data accessibility in Lattice. Our auth system provides secure access control, while our SDKs empower external partners with user-friendly APIs and documentation. By combining these diverse yet interconnected areas of expertise, we aim to create a powerful, scalable ecosystem that supports autonomous robots, data-driven decision-making, and innovative applications across all war-fighting domains. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a cohesive software infrastructure that drives technological advancement and operational efficiency for Anduril.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help define and align development teams’ roadmaps, ensuring clear understanding across teams and alignment with programs and staffing. Ensure the roadmap is clear, technical dependencies are understood and tracked, and staffing and resourcing are balanced to execute on teams’ roadmaps.
- Autonomously execute with a high degree of ownership on broad requirements, managing stakeholders across the Software Platform organization, Business Lines and other company partners simultaneously and delivering successful outcomes.
- Partner with engineering leaders to drive program execution, team velocity, and cross-functional collaboration, acting as an effective proxy when needed. Become a trusted partner to Anduril’s engineers.
- Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects spanning multiple functional teams and cross-functional initiatives. Instill an efficient project management mindset and workflow across the teams.
- Collaborate with product leads to scope, staff, and deliver capabilities that achieve company milestones, while supporting leads with staffing plans and prioritization.
- Track and communicate program progress, defining efficient processes for broader status updates and proactively managing issues and obstacles. Clearly communicate across all stakeholders, ensuring the dependencies and blockers made clear, and tracked and acted on consistently.
- Understand technical implementation at the architectural level, propose alternatives when necessary. Corral key performance indicators from across the business to help shape future organizational investments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of five years experience as a TPM in a high-paced, software development environment.
- Robust technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, challenges, trade-offs and risks; ability to work closely and effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong experience and familiarity in project management for software development; practical familiarity with a variety of methodologies and ability to apply them where best suited.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in building programs for software deliverables from ground up
- Ability to work within organizations with minimal structure and with minimal direction
- Experience is rolling out wide-ranging organizational process changes
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GIAC-PEN, Prosci, SAFe or PMP
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an engineering discipline
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
