Anduril designs and builds aircraft, aircraft systems, and aerospace structures for the Defense, Space, and other aerospace-related industries.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, door locks and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping and vacuuming.
- Inspect and troubleshoot shop equipment.
- Check functionality of shop equipment and perform safety checks.
- Collaborate with techs, shop leads and management to schedule and perform routine maintenance.
- Perform instrument checks on shop equipment.
- Perform other related work as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of common shop tools ( Drills, saws, air compressor etc)
- Experience using hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow instructions and technical manuals.
- Very good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- Basic electrical and plumbing repair skills.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
- High School graduate or equivalent

- Experience collaborating cross functionally
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- A bias towards action
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work at a fast pace, medium to heavy duty assembly, technical environment
- Fit enough to deal with regular stair climbing, frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, turning, and standing for extended periods
- Capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and withstand frequent repetitive movement of hands with a variety of tooling
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
