About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Head of Office to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of our workplace. This is a key role that supports both management and team members across the company.
Employment Type: Full-time on site (no remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, partners, and visitors
- Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and procedures
- Help with organizing visits and exhibits at international trade shows and conferences
- Coordinate events and travel arrangements
- Maintain track of deadlines to ensure on-time execution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation and filing
- Support management and other departments with administrative tasks
- Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking
- Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or university degree (preferably in business, administration, or a related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; additional experience is an advantage
- Excellent command of Croatian (spoken and written)
- Very Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are plus but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to understand and comment on legal documents is a plus, but not required
