The Role

As an Associate, Client Success & Strategy on the AiDASH Customer Success team, you’ll use data and AI to tackle real-world challenges - helping utilities reduce wildfire risk, improve resilience to severe weather, and modernize infrastructure that millions rely on. You’ll learn from seasoned CSMs and Product Consultants while taking ownership of your own insights, projects, and customer interactions.

We hire self-starters and driven problem-solvers who want real impact, accelerated learning, and true ownership. In this role, you’ll ramp quickly into meaningful responsibility: translating data into action, guiding customers through high-stakes decisions, and driving measurable impact on the ground. As you demonstrate capability, you’ll earn more independence and discover where you want to grow - into customer success, consulting, analytics, or other paths across AiDASH.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Drive Customer Outcomes
    • Lead day-to-day communications and follow-ups for assigned customers
    • Track customer health, usage trends, and program performance to surface risks and opportunities
    • Run onboarding and training moments that set customers up for success
    • Own key customer touchpoints while partnering with CSMs on broader strategy
    • Help customers use our platform to solve real-world challenges - like reducing wildfire risk, improving grid reliability, and preparing for extreme weather
  • Analyze Data & Turn It Into Action
    • Independently analyze customer data to uncover adoption patterns, impact drivers, and expansion signals
    • Build clear, insight-ready reports and dashboards that show how customers are realizing value
    • Translate technical outputs into simple, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders
    • Own analytics workstreams end-to-end - from scoping to delivery
    • Present insights directly to customers and internal teams
  • Lead Consultative Workstreams
    • Run smaller project components (discovery, requirements, solution design support) within customer engagements
    • Support workshops and working sessions that guide customers through critical decisions
    • Create materials and communication that enable adoption, change management, and value realization
    • Contribute your analysis and thinking to larger consulting engagements
    • Manage timelines and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate Across AiDASH
    • Work closely with Product Consultants, CSMs, Product Managers, Sales, and Support to deliver customer outcomes
    • Coordinate with Data Scientists and Engineers to resolve customer needs and shape solutions
    • Bring customer insights into team discussions to improve product, process, and experience
    • Support renewal and expansion opportunities with data-driven recommendations

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience & Background
    • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, customer success, or a related field
    • Recent graduates with internships in B2B SaaS, consulting, or data analytics are encouraged
    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, and drive tangible results
    • Familiarity with data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
    • Experience or interest in utilities, infrastructure, or field operations is a plus, but not required

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields

We offer a competitive annual pay range of $75,000 to $110,000 for this full-time position, which includes a base salary and an annual performance-based bonus. This range reflects the anticipated annual salary for new hires. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role also offers equity compensation as part of our commitment to shared success.
