The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research cum Business Development Associate to support our sales and business development teams. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and building comprehensive prospecting databases to drive strategic growth across global markets.
How you'll make an impact:

Conduct in-depth primary and secondary market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players in target industries.

Build and maintain accurate prospecting lists and databases from scratch for software products and services companies.

Extract credible and relevant information from various sources and organize it into structured spreadsheets.

Support business development initiatives through email campaigns, webinars, and other outreach activities.

Independently identify and validate reliable data sources for research and lead generation.

Stay updated on industry developments and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with sales and BD teams to align research efforts with business goals.
What we're looking for:

1–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business development.

Proven ability to manage tasks effectively within defined scopes and timelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, Skrapp.io, Seamless.ai, Web Search techniques using Google etc.

Ability to find and analyse accurate information from online sources.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any equivalent field.
