What will you do?
Monitoring: Monitor the health of multiple customer success projects, understanding where the team is or is not on track to meet deadlines and deliverables, and rapidly flagging to the team and leadership any work that requires attention.
Lead with data: Ensure our systems of record are up to date with the most up to date information, and drive every team member to provide inputs to maintain ‘sources of truth’
Executive reporting: Design and implement state-of-the-art project dashboards that provide real-time visibility into project status, health indicators, risks, actionable insights, and action items.
Risk management: Proactively follow up with key stakeholders in Customer Success function to ensure project plans are updated and risks are timely highlighted, ensuring swift action and resolution to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.
Process optimization and continuous improvement: Establish, implement and drive adoption standardized processes and best practices for project management within the Customer Success function; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management, health monitoring, and delivery efficiency
Global initiatives: Act as a good keeper of the books, working closely with Customer Success leadership to ensure global initiatives are on track.
What are we looking for?
• Self-driven individual with problem solving/ first principles thinking mindset
• MBA, Program Management, or a related field from a premier institute
• 8+ years of overall experience, preferably with exposure to program or project management roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, PowerBI).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
