What’s the role?
We are looking for interns who can be part of our talent acquisition team, responsible for assisting in complete lifecycle of recruiement. You will be exposed to complete lifecyele of technology recruitment.

What you would be responsible for ?

  • Identifying and mapping relevant talent for our tech teams
  • Facilitating interactions of candidates with techology team / interviewers
  • Participate in intro calls/assessments
  • Assist in gathering feedback, and engaging candidates throughout the process
  • Help in setting up recruitment processes, on ATS and other tools
  • Manage ATS, and generate reports as needed by managers / hiring leads.
  • Identify and use, new-age sourcing channels to reach out and engage talent.

What you will need for this role?

  • Fresh graduates / post graduates in Engineering / Business / HR / Psychology / other related areas
  • Logical mind, able to articulate thoughts well.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Know-how of new-age technology stacks is a plus.
  • Any experience in talent acquisition is welcome
