Agile Space Industries in seeking a remote Recruiting Coordinator to supports the full-cycle recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role serves as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team, providing administrative and logistical support to ensure timely and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Coordination Support

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
  • Independently manage complex interview logistics involving multiple stakeholders, locations, and schedules
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting needs and communicate timelines

Candidate & Employee Communication

  • Provide timely, professional communication to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience

Process, Compliance & Systems

  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Apply established recruiting processes while exercising judgment to escalate or adjust when non-standard situations arise
  • Support compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Prepare recruiting-related reports and support audits or data requests
  • Coordinate background checks, pre-employment steps, and onboarding logistics
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus advanced training in human resources, recruiting, or business administration
  • 4–5 years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision on complex assignments
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical, manufacturing, or high-volume recruiting environments
  • Familiarity with employment compliance and HR best practices

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Employment Type: Exempt

The expected salary range for this role is $53,000-$80,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made within the midrange, rather than the upper end.

Work Schedule: Full Time

Location: Remote This role can be onsite or remote, and we are currently accepting candidates residing in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington, Utah, Iowa, and Oklahoma.
