Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager Intern to support our team in planning, executing, and tracking key initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, managing timelines, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the planning and coordination of work packages
· Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met · Support project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and identify risks or blockers
· Participate in team meetings and track updates across integrated product teams (IPTs)
· Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement at a program level
· Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation across the product line
Required Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications · Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) · Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
· Prior internship or leadership experience in a team environment

The salary range for this role is:

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
