Basic Qualifications

For Fully Cleared Software Engineers:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript)
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills

For CI/FS Poly Analysts:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, and experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience includes cybersecurity, network exploitation, SIGINT analysis, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and/or network analysis
  • 18 semester hours of military training/ coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an associate's degree.
  • Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement

Preferred Qualifications (All Candidates)

  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with modern tools, technologies, or data platforms
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Due to the nature of our work and compliance with U.S. government regulations, attendance at this event is limited to candidates who meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements.
