Job Description

Summary

The System Sell Off Administrator 2 is responsible for selling-off SUAV systems/ spares to the customer. Coordinate the accumulation of the system components for delivery preparation. Coordinate the shipping of the systems as required by contract. In this role, one must be willing to perform a variety of tasks to support not only the Quality effort, but also the AS9100 maintenance and operations effort.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all open Sales Orders (SO’s) within our ERP System
  • Inspect the components for identification and damage; capture the system inventory and serialization data; package the system
  • Accumulate the acceptance data package; Present the systems and data package to the customer for sell-off
  • Report status in existing excel spreadsheet
  • Print packing List(s) and attach inventory requisitions (IR’s) specifying the appropriate charge number(s), for both internal and external customers
  • Keep an accurate Packing List Log to insure the transaction(s) occurred and Accounting removed the SO line item from the system
  • Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways
  • Works on assignments requiring considerable initiative and sound judgment
  • Assist Sr Sell-Off Administrator, when required.
  • Needs to be self-motivated in daily tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001/AS9100)

Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

  • Organized and detail oriented approach to managing processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of various shipping methodologies
  • Ability to work well as both an individual contributor and as a member of a team
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office suite of applications)
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
  • Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
  • Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company
  • Focuses on teamwork and puts the success of the team above one's own interests

Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in an office or manufacturing environment (Constant)
  • Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)

The salary range for this role is:

$23 - $32
