Role overview
Aerospacelab engineering interns play a significant role in the design, development and testing of satellite hardware. You will obtain invaluable hands-on technical experience that you can’t learn in a classroom.
Our engineering team will help you to roll up your sleeves and apply textbook theory and lab experience to creating solutions for real aerospace challenges. You will gain practical experience by participating in actual space hardware development projects.
As an RF intern, you will be introduced to lab equipment, conduct tests and analyze results (S-parameters, stability), familiarize yourself with space communications and get your hands on software defined radios (SDR). You will also be contributing to development and support of software tools and algorithms for RF applications.
Must have
- Currently enrolled in a MSc in (applied) electrical or electromechanical engineering
- Good knowledge of English
- Being curious
Nice to have
- Master’s programme with RF-related courses
- Programming experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, accomplishing tasks with limited resources at a rapid pace.
