We are looking for a passionate and experienced HPVC Developer to join our Vehicle Software team in Silicon Valley. In this role, you will work on enabling Android and Linux systems on Qualcomm-based infotainment platforms, with a strong focus on BSP (Board Support Package) development. You will be a key contributor in ensuring our next-generation mobility solutions are robust, performant, and production-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BSP components for Android/Linux systems on Qualcomm SoCs
  • Lead the bring-up and system integration of embedded software for in-vehicle infotainment platforms
  • Collaborate with hardware, platform, and system teams across global sites (Korea HQ and Silicon Valley)
  • Investigate and resolve low-level software issues, performance bottlenecks, and system crashes
  • Support the development of high-reliability, production-grade vehicle software aligned with automotive standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development tools, processes, and team knowledge

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in Android/Linux BSP development on Qualcomm chipsets
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems, device drivers, kernel internals, and system bring-up
  • Experience working independently and taking ownership of complex technical areas
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed team
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Passion for mobility innovation and building products that make a real-world impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AOSP customization and Android system integration
  • Knowledge of automotive software safety and quality standards (e.g., ASPICE, MISRA)
  • Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, and in-vehicle communication protocols
