Responsibilities
- Ensure that the product meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations by actively engaging with stakeholders and gathering feedback.
- Facilitate smooth communication between global teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the development process.
- Understand the product: capture requirements, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality software for vehicle computing systems.
- Address production issues promptly and prioritize backlog items based on business value and customer impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of software development process and Android-based product
- Practical experience working in Agile Software Development Methodology
- Fluent English and Korean
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience with multi-site, multi-national and multi-contributor teams.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Knowledge and experience in automotive products.

- Resume Review- 1st Interview with our Engineering Lead Poland(Approx. 1 hour) - 2nd interview with Poland's Domain Experts (Approx. 2~3 hours) - 3rd Interview with HQ's Domain Experts(Approx. 1 hour) and Interview with HQ's HR for Cultural Fit (Approx 30 mins)
