42dot의 Release Manager는 Jira 기반의 프로젝트 및 소프트웨어 릴리즈 운영 전반을 담당하며, 개발·QA·PMO·고객사 간의 조율 허브 역할을 합니다.

Responsibilities

• 릴리즈 일정 관리

  • 제품별 릴리즈 캘린더 운영 (ECU, OTA, Cloud 포함)

  • Major / Minor / Patch 릴리즈 실행 계획 수립 및 관리

• Jira 기반 프로젝트 운영

  • Epic → Story → Task → Bug 추적 및 관리

  • Jira 보드 운영, Workflow 관리, Release Note 자동화 지원

  • Git, CI/CD, Test Management 툴과 Jira 연동 관리

• 릴리즈 실행 및 조율

  • 개발팀/QA팀과 협업하여 Release Readiness 체크

  • Blocker, Critical Issue 조율 및 Escalation 지원

  • 고객사/OEM과 릴리즈 범위 및 일정 공유

• 지속적인 개선 활동

  • Jira 리포트(Burn-down, Velocity, Defect Trend) 작성 및 공유

  • 릴리즈 리드타임, Defect Leakage 등 운영 KPI 모니터링 및 개선 제안

Qualifications

• 5년 이상 소프트웨어 프로젝트/릴리즈 관리 경험

• Jira/Confluence 기반 프로젝트 관리 경험

• Epic–Story–Task–Bug 추적 및 이슈 관리 실무 경험

• 개발·QA·PMO 등 다기능 팀과의 원활한 협업 능력

• 기본적인 영어 문서 작성 및 회의 대응 가능

• Automotive, Embedded, Cloud/OTA 릴리즈 경험

Preferred Qualifications

• 대규모 차량 Fleet 또는 그와 유사한 분산 임베디드 플랫폼의 OTA 시스템 배포 경험

• ISO 26262, A-SPICE 등 업계 표준 대응 경험

• 빌드, CI/CD 파이프라인에 해당하는 스크립트 작성 및 디버깅 능력

• GitOps, 다양한 배포 기법(Canary, Blue-Green) 및 소프트웨어 공급망 보안(SBOM, SLSA)에 대한 이해

• 자율주행, ADAS 및 그 외 유사 분야에서의 근무 경험
